Delivery

If you have specified a delivery date we will adhere to it as closely as possible however please bear in mind that we cannot perform miracles and that as we are making products to order (and aren’t Amazon) we will still need 48-72 hours from receipt of order to dispatch. For example, an order placed on a Friday will not generally reach its destination until the following Tuesday or Wednesday. 

Under normal circumstances, if no specific delivery date is given the we will aim to despatch your order within 72 hours of receipt so please bear in mind the shelf life of your chosen products. 

All orders will normally be despatched via Royal Mail First Class tracked. Orders under the value of £40 will incur a postal charge of £4.95. Postage is included on orders over £40. The delivery charge is per address. 

We can, and do, post regularly to the USA and Ireland without issue however since Brexit we have found it difficult to post to the EU (unforeseen charges, high rates of return and packages simply getting lost) therefore we can only post internationally to USA, Canada, Ireland and Australia. Normally, International orders incur a postal charge of £20-30 which will be automatically calculated at the checkout stage once you have entered the delivery address. Occasionally, due to order weight (2kg max) and destination the cost can be significantly higher or lower than this. If this is the case, we will contact you on an individual basis. We can, and do, regularly post overseas and if you have any queries before placing an order please e-mail us with your requirements on enquiries@obanchocolate.co.uk

Invoices will not be put in with any order unless requested.
