We aim to process and despatch all orders within 72 hours of receipt. Due to the handmade nature of our products at busy times, such as Christmas and Easter, dispatch may take up to five days, however we will endeavour to dispatch your order as soon as possible. We use Royal Mail tracked service and post on a Monday, Wednesday & Friday. Once your order is ready and has been taken to the post office, you will receive a dispatch notification by email, indicating that your parcel is now with the Royal Mail and should arrive at its destination in the next 48 hours.
If you have specified a delivery date we will adhere to it as closely as possible however please bear in mind that we cannot perform miracles and that as we are making products to order (and aren’t Amazon) we will still need 48-72 hours from receipt of order to dispatch. For example, an order placed on a Friday after 4pm will not generally reach its destination until the following Tuesday or Wednesday.
Under normal circumstances, if no specific delivery date is given the we will normally despatch your order within 72 hours of receipt so please bear in mind the shelf life of your chosen products.
All orders will normally be despatched via Royal Mail Second Class. Orders under the value of £25 will incur a postal charge of £3.95. Postage is included on orders over £25.
We can, and do, post overseas regularly. International orders incur a postal charge of £20-30 which will be automatically calculated at the checkout stage once you have entered the delivery address. Occasionally, due to order weight and destination the cost can be significantly higher or lower than this. If this is the case, we will contact you on an individual basis. Invoices will not be put in with your order unless requested.
